LED parallel light — circuit and solder mask in one
The GE-LED700 brings UV-LED parallel cold light to two-side exposure, and it is circuit + solder-mask integrated: short doses image the circuit dry film, longer doses cure solder-mask ink, so one machine covers both steps. Parallel 365/395nm light and vacuum contact give ≥95% uniformity and 50µm-class lines, while the LED head is instant-on, needs no cooling water and lasts 20,000+ hours — about 80% less energy than a mercury double-side unit. Yes. Intensity and time are adjustable — short for circuit dry film, longer for solder-mask ink — so the GE-LED700 covers both exposure steps and saves buying a second unit.
With parallel UV-LED light and ≥95% uniformity it holds 50µm-class lines, and the double-side layout keeps front-to-back registration tight via vacuum contact.
GE-LED700 is parallel-light, cost-effective for small-to-mid volume. The GE-8CCD600 adds 8-camera automatic alignment at ±12µm for multilayer, fine-pitch and BGA boards.
