The GE-LED700 is a UV-LED parallel cold-light exposure machine that is circuit and solder-mask integrated — one machine exposes both the circuit (inner/outer layer dry film) and the solder-mask ink. It transfers the film image onto dry film or photo-imageable ink by vacuum contact and parallel light, single or double side. Line resolution is ≥50µm with ≥95% uniformity, and both intensity and exposure time are 0–100% adjustable. The UV-LED source is instant-on, saves about 80% energy, needs no cooling water, and lasts 20,000+ hours — replacing conventional 8–12KW mercury exposure units.
