Semi-Automatic 8-CCD Alignment Exposure Machine
A semi-automatic 8-CCD LED exposure machine that auto-aligns and exposes both sides simultaneously to ±12µm — the high-registration choice for multilayer and fine-pitch boards.
Eight cameras, both sides at once
The GE-8CCD600 doubles the camera count to eight CCDs — four per side — and exposes top and bottom together, holding front-to-back registration to about ±12µm. That accuracy is what double-sided multilayer, fine-pitch SMT and BGA solder-mask work needs, where a few microns of drift scraps a panel. It uses a 365–420nm LED cold-light source and a semi-automatic load/expose flow. For the PCB-line framing of the same machine see our PCB 8-CCD exposure page.

Semi-Automatic 8-CCD Alignment Exposure Machine — common questions
Eight cameras (four per side) let it align and expose both sides simultaneously to about ±12µm, versus single-side ±5µm alignment on the 4-CCD; it is built for double-sided multilayer and fine-pitch work.
Double-sided and multilayer PCB, fine-pitch SMT and BGA solder-mask exposure — anywhere a few microns of front-to-back drift would scrap the panel.
Same GE-8CCD600 machine, described here in the exposure-machine product line; the PCB page frames it inside the board-fabrication flow.
A 365–420nm LED cold-light source — instant-on, stable dose and far lower energy than mercury, with the registration handled by the CCD system.
