The GE-B650 is a conveyorised PCB brushing and grinding machine used after CNC drilling to remove drill burr, surface dust and oxide from the copper. It combines oscillating brushing with a grinding station on a 650 mm conveyor.
GE-B650 uses a three-stage brush sequence — 500#, 800#, 300# — that removes heavy oxide, refines the surface, then burnishes. The 800# brush is the workhorse; 300# is the final polish.
GE-B650 handles PCB plate thickness from 0.2 mm to 3.2 mm. For 0.2 – 0.5 mm thin PCB run at 0.5 – 1.5 m/min; for 1 – 3 mm standard PCB run at 2 – 4 m/min.
GE-B650 draws 4 kW from a 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase supply. The grinding motor and the brush motor are each on a separate drive for independent control.
