UV Double-Side Exposure Machine
A twin-lamp UV double-side exposure machine that images top and bottom together with pin registration — the workhorse for double-sided boards and two-side metal etching.
Both sides exposed in one registered cycle
The GE-UV900 carries a UV lamp above and below the vacuum frame, so a two-side panel exposes in a single cycle instead of flipping and re-aligning. Top and bottom films are held to register pins, and the dual vacuum draws both films tight at once, so front-to-back alignment stays within tolerance for double-sided PCB and parts etched through from both faces. It is the conventional, robust choice before stepping up to CCD auto-alignment.

Two-side exposure, the robust way
Top + bottom lamps
Both faces expose in one cycle.
Pin registration
Front-to-back stays aligned.
Dual vacuum
Both films pulled tight together.
No flip step
Saves a handling + re-align pass.

UV Double-Side Exposure Machine — common questions
Both films are pinned to the same registration holes and the panel sits between them; exposing simultaneously with dual vacuum keeps front-to-back offset within tolerance without a flip-and-realign step.
For standard double-sided boards and two-side metal etching, pin-registered UV double exposure is accurate and economical. Move to 4-CCD/8-CCD when you need automatic optical alignment for fine pitch or warped panels.
Around 2.0 mil with good contact — suitable for mainstream double-sided PCB and metal parts.
Yes — an LED cold-light version (GE-LED700) gives instant-on operation and big energy savings while keeping the double-side layout.
