Large-Format Screen & Plate Exposure Machine
A large-bed UV vacuum exposure machine for wide screen-printing plates and oversized decorative artwork that a standard frame cannot cover.
Oversized vacuum exposure for big plates and panels
The GE-EXP1600 is the large-format member of the single-side family, built around a 1300×1600 mm vacuum bed. It exposes big screen-printing stencils, wide nameplate sheets and oversized decorative-etch artwork in one shot, with a multi-lamp array tuned for even illumination edge to edge — the hard part on a large panel. The full-frame vacuum keeps a big film flat against the emulsion so the pattern stays sharp across the whole area, not just the centre.
