The GE-LCB6080 is a fiber laser cutting machine built for copper and aluminum substrate PCB (MCPCB / LED aluminum boards), FR4 and irregular boards. Because the laser is non-contact, the board takes no mechanical force — no stress, no burr, no blackening and very little deformation, with a kerf of only 0.05–0.15 mm. A marble platform, linear-motor drive and CCD vision positioning keep it fast and accurate. No tooling is needed — the pattern is changed in software, so it suits aluminum-board depaneling, irregular shapes and low-volume, high-mix work. Laser power is selectable from 500 W to 3000 W to match your material and thickness.

PCB laser cutting — common questions
Mainly copper and aluminum substrate PCB (MCPCB / LED aluminum boards) and FR4, and also stainless steel, iron and brass. Typical recommended thickness is aluminum ≤6mm and copper ≤2mm, depending on laser power.
Laser cutting is non-contact, so there is no mechanical stress, no burr, no blackening and minimal deformation, with a kerf of only 0.05–0.15mm. No tooling is needed and the pattern is changed in software, which suits aluminum boards, irregular shapes and low-volume, high-mix production.
The cutting kerf is about 0.05–0.15mm with a small heat-affected zone and little deformation; the edge is smooth and flat, with no shear burr or blackening, and the minimum line width is 0.15mm.
Choose by material and thickness: 500–1000W suits thin aluminum / LED boards; 2000–3000W for thicker aluminum (≤6mm); for copper a QCW750 or high-power source is recommended. Send us your material and thickness and our engineers will configure it.
